Provides conference registration and one night's stay in the conference hotel for women undergraduate or graduate students in any higher education institution in Iowa who are interested in a career in higher education.
Eunice A. Dell Memorial Scholarship
Provides support for young professional women to participate in The Way Up Conference. The Scholarship covers the conference registration and one night's stay in the conference hotel.
The Way Up Scholarship
Provides support for a deserving Iowa Community College woman who would not otherwise be able to attend The Way Up annual conference.
Recognition Award
Celebrates a person who has made significant contributions, sustained over time, toward the development and advancement of women in higher education.
