Regent Bonnie Campbell will talk about the challenges and rewards of being a woman in leadership roles. Her discussion will be informed by her time in politics and public service, as well as her career in the private sector. A perfect way to start The Way Up conference as we all begin to assess our own paths to success!

"Beyond the Numbers: Have Women Truly 'made it' in Higher Education?"

The day will conclude with a discussion about the progress women have made in higher education and the difficulties and challenges we face if we are to sustain positive change in the next decade.
